Error message with custom role with access to positions only - Redwoodd

Hello

We are trying to create a customized role with access only to positions in workforce structure, we were able to create it but when testing we are facing an error message when the user try to create a position and add a Job in (job field).

error : Error response during RestAction

when checking in inspect, this is the message :
