Post job req dff in external career site on the basis of role

Summary:

Hi Everyone, 

We've a requirement to allow only recruiter to post job req dff in external career site and in HCM design studio we've action Recruiting - Define Job Requisition Details for External Career Sites and no option to add roles so that only recruiter should decide to post the dff

Can you please let me know what needs to be done here.
