epm data exchange integration, can we fetch start year and end year from file

Summary:

In data exchange integration from file to EPBCS, need to fetch year period directly from file irrespective of what we select while running a DLR

Say in the file, we have data for PERIOD JAN Year FY26, but while running the period is selected as May-26. The data must be loaded for Jan-26 without error/warning
