The LGPS employer contribution is not calculating correctly when an employee is going on to reduced pay.
The employer contribution should be based on the 3 month average pensionable pay at the point the employee goes onto reduced pensionable Pay.
'Pension Element LGPS APP Flag' is always triggering 'N'. Could you please help why Employers Pension is being deducted on actual Pay.
