User can not see component on a report chart that we see

Summary: User can not see what I see in my report

We have a report with chart that shows both Bar and line. I am able to see both, but one of our user can only see bar chart but not the line within the chart. What could be the possible reason for this? Would it be related to user access?

Any insight would be appreciated.
