Unable to update the position details on the position page.
Hi,
We are facing issue on the below points as a part of the Update position details on the position page.
- We are unable to select Department, job and location values from the drop down when clicked on update the fields are greyed out.
- Although the dropdown values are displayed when clicking on the greyed-out fields, the selected value disappears immediately after selection.
- All inactive Departments, Jobs, and Locations are also being displayed in their respective dropdown lists. Ideally, only active values should be available for selection.
If anyone is aware of the root cause or has encountered this issue previously,
