SR survey page using oj-dcs-survey component

A new oj-dcs-survey component is available starting with DCS 26B. This component can be used to create a survey page in DCS by simply adding the component and providing the required configuration, such as the Survey ID and other mandatory fields.

If you want to send customers a survey after an SR (Service Request) is resolved, you can create a new Automation Rule that sends an email containing the survey URL. This allows customers to access and complete the survey directly from the email.

Creating a Survey Page in DCS Using the oj-dcs-survey Component

  • Create a new DCS application(26B or higher) using Visual Builder.
