ORC - internal and external postings following an acquisition

Hi All

We're looking for advice from organisations that have gone through a similar acquisition/integration scenario.

We have two organisations operating on different HR platforms. One organisation uses Oracle Recruiting Cloud, while the acquiring organisation uses Workday. As part of the integration, there is a requirement for employees of the acquiring organisation to be able to view and apply for vacancies managed in ORC.

Our current proposed approach is:

  • Create a duplicate of our existing external ORC career site.
  • Configure the duplicate site to display:
    • Internal vacancies
    • External vacancies
  • Provide the URL of this career site to the acquiring organisation so that it can be referenced from their Workday careers experience.
