In Redwood, User Groups has a status field. What are the future plans?

In Redwood, user groups currently have a status field which is currently Active. When I click into them, there is no option to make them inactive. Is there a future plan to implement this? Also, to keep systems tidy, if a user group is incorrectly made, will there be an option to delete?
