Stuck Privilege (from creating ESS Job), Cannot be removed in security console.

Summary:

We created an ESS job for a report. I completed creating the ESS Job and ran the ImportUser and Role Application Security Data. Privilege for the ess job was created. However, we needed to change the name and path of the ess job. so i removed the ess job and created a new one. I ran Import User and Role Application Security Data again. When checking the ess job privilege in security console, the name from the first ess job remains. It's not picking up the new name. I have tried redoing it three times and it still is stuck
