Import Collaboration Messaging Setup Data finishing in Succeeded but no batch

Summary:

Hello,

We are trying to Import Collaboration on a supplier site.

The scheduled process Import Collaboration Messaging Setup Data final status is Succeeded and the log tells us to check in Manage Collaboration Messaging Setup Data Import

But when I check in Manage Collaboration Messaging Setup Data Import screen no batch is available and no CMK setup has been added to the supplier site

There is no comma in the supplier name or in the supplier site, it's an error that is listed from Oracle.

Can you please hel us et tell what is wrong ?
