Closing Legacy Requisitions Where Hires Were Completed Outside ORC During Go-Live

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for guidance on what I believe is a fairly niche implementation scenario within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

During our Fusion implementation, we were unable to complete recruitment and contract generation within ORC as originally designed. As a result, a small number of successful candidates were offered, accepted and hired outside Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

These individuals are now active employees in Fusion, but because they didn't complete the normal ORC recruitment lifecycle, the associated requisitions remain in an Open - Suspended state.

From a business perspective the vacancies are filled, however marking the requisitions as Filled through the standard ORC process would create an inaccurate candidate history and recruitment outcome.
