We have a business requirement in Oracle Fusion Purchasing Cloud to control PO approvals based on the original Requisition Unit Price. Currently, we use the standard Amount Exceeded Percent attribute to automatically reject Purchase Orders when the PO price exceeds the requisition amount by more than 50%. However, we need an exception for requisitions created with a specific unit price. For example, if a requisition is created with a unit price of 0.01 and the buyer increases the PO unit price to 100, the PO should not be auto-rejected.
