How to setup a termination alert to send set of people

I am looking for guidance on configuring an employee termination alert in Oracle HCM Cloud. Our requirement is to automatically send an email notification to a predefined group of recipients whenever an employee termination event occurs. Specifically, we would like the alert to be triggered when an employee is terminated and notify the designated stakeholders.
