The surprising part is that the same functionality was working correctly until last week. We haven't made any configuration changes, and all the required setup is still in place.

Now, every time we perform the same action, we receive this generic error message.

Environment details:

• The functionality was working a few days ago.
• All required configurations are completed and verified.
• No recent configuration changes have been made.
