Common Issues with Manage Document Records for Managers and HR Specialists Agent 26B

I want to create a Birth Certificate for one my DRs using the Manage Document Records for Managers and HR Specialists with AI Assistance agent, however I am seeing 2 issues:

"You need to include at least 1 attachment for a document record that's a Birth certificate document type. (PER-1532970)". How to fix this issue for the document types where attachment is mandatory ? How end user will give prompt for such scenarios ?

  • A common requirement is that before creating a DOR, employees, line managers (LMs), or HR users may want to view the complete list of available Document Types in the system. However, due to API limitations, only the first 25 records are displayed. From an end-user experience perspective, what would be the best approach to address and overcome this limitation?
