Redwood security: access to talent ratings page

Hi everyone,

we recently enabled the Redwood, and since then our HR roles can no longer access the talent ratings page.

In the responsive UI, users could access it through the Global Search by searching for an employee, clicking Show More, and then selecting Talent Ratings. With Redwood, the only access point we have found is through the Profiles icon. However, we are unable to grant our HR role access to only the Talent Profile task, which then allows users to open the Talent Ratings page from the three-dot menu.

Our goal is to control access through security privileges rather than using an EL expression to hide or show the task.
