In Supplier Portal Redwood – How to Make Business Classification Attachment Mandatory

We are using Supplier Portal and Supplier Registration in Redwood UI, while Supplier Management is still in the Classic UI.

We have two related requirements for the Supplier Portal when a supplier updates their profile:

  1. Mandatory attachment: Make the attachment under the "Business Classification" section mandatory, so suppliers cannot submit their profile update without attaching a document.
  2. Default template document: Provide a default/template "Document" (e.g., a form) on the page that suppliers can download, fill in, and re-attach as part of the same profile update.

Could you please advise:

  • Is this functionality achievable in Supplier Portal Redwood (via configuration, personalization, or any other supported method)?
