Restricted Edit option when turn to line manager approval.

Summary:

Dear Team,

When HR initiates a transaction, such as a salary change or promotion, the Line Manager is currently able to edit the transaction when it reaches them for approval.

We would like to remove the Edit option for Line Managers. They should only be able to Approve or Reject.
