External Candidate Application Flow

Summary:

On the external Job application flow there is a block called Timeline. This provides detailed work experience.

I need to update this block by adding "Reason for leaving" field under each work experience.

Does anyone know how I can achieve this? I don't know where the configuration for this block is held in the system.
