Journey Attachment Document Records Visibility Configuration

in HCM Communicate

Hi,

I need to create a configuration where, when an employee is assigned a Journey and uploads an attachment, the approver approves the attachment. However, after it has been approved, neither the employee nor the user can see the attachment in Document Records (Document of Records).

Is it possible to configure this behavior? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
