Allow Changing EPM Environment Patching Cadence from Production to Test

Is it possible to change the monthly patching cadence for selected Oracle EPM Cloud environments from the Production patching schedule to the Test (Non-Production) patching schedule? These environments are used for testing and validation, even though they are currently assigned to the Production cadence.
