HRC_TXN_CONSOLE_ENTRY table is not returning any values for the TASK_APPROVER field

Summary:

HRC_TXN_CONSOLE_ENTRY table is not returning any values for the TASK_APPROVER field.

When I export the transactions from the transaction console, it exports the list of approvers. But when I use the Subject Area Human Capital Management - Transaction Administration Real Time or the table HRC_TXN_CONSOLE_ENTRY, the field TASK_APPROVERS is blank.
