July Patch Update - User facing issues

Hello Team,

Following the July patch update, many users have been encountering an error while working with Balance Explanation lines. As a workaround, we asked the affected users to log out, clear catches/cookies and log back in, after which the issue was resolved.

However, we are now observing another issue related to reconciliation submission. We have mandatory questions configured that must be answered with "Yes" before a reconciliation can be submitted. Two users have reported that they are able to submit reconciliations without answering these mandatory questions and no submission prompt is being displayed. One User mention he was getting that submission prompt last week.
