Validation on Person Contact (Redwood page)using VB Studio or any other possible way

Summary:

We want to enable validation on redwood contact page based on the no of dependents eligible

eg: if the employee is eligible for 2 dependents, he should be able to only create 2 contacts in person contacts, also this dependent information is in individual compensation section

Is there a possiblity to add this validation using VB Studio or any other way?
