Pick release transaction showing with different user in review completed transactions Oracle Fusion

Hi Team

We have sales orders pick releases.
For one sales order pick release action was showing with Y user in Review completed transaction.
But when we see in Manage shipment lines it was with X user (which is correct user)
What is the possibility of showing wrong user in Review completed transactions for Sales order pick releases
