How to Enable the Chinese Language in Oracle HCM

The user's requirement is to enable the Chinese language in Oracle HCM so that employees can use the application in Chinese when they log in to the system. Can we possibly do this within Oracle HCM?

Additionally, employees currently have the option to change the application language through preferences. However, the available language options are limited to American English and Arabic.

Can we confirm if Chinese can be added to the list of available languages in Preferences? If so, please provide the necessary steps or prerequisites to enable this functionality.
