Setting the Audit Retention Period

Summary:

We regularly run the roleAssignmentAuditReport, which in the past contained 90 days of data. Recently we found it only contains 30 days of data. Per the documentation here: roleAssignmentAuditReport, we should have the option to change the Audit Data Retention Period (days) in the OCI Console back to 90 days. Where do we make this change? We are unable to locate this setting. We tried to use the instructions here: Setting the Audit Retention Period, but still could not locate it, there is no "Audit" under settings.
