Edit position error chen changing Headcount & FTE | (PER-1532538)

Summary:

We are trying to increase the Headcount and FTE of a position from 5 to 7 (both values today have the same value (5)). The position has the type Pooled and our system is configured to synchronize positions.

When doing this change through the action Edit position we are facing the following error "You need to increase the headcount or allow overlap because the incumbents' total headcount is more than the position's headcount. (PER-1532538)". We do not undersstand why, since this is a common action that we usually do.

Has someone faced this same error? How did you solve it?
