Disable Hyperlinks in Employment Info > Historical Changes for ESS

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

Is it expected behavior in Redwood that employees can open transaction details from Me > Employment Info > Historical Changes by clicking the hyperlink?

In Responsive UI, employees can view the history list but cannot open the transaction details, as the entries are not hyperlinks.

If this is expected in Redwood, is there a supported way to disable the hyperlink for employee self-service only?
