Sub-inventory Shortage Evaluation Not Supported After Organization Merge

Summary:

Since Fusion SCP plans at the organization level, is there a recommended design pattern to enable sub-inventory-level demand and supply evaluation? Following an organization consolidation in EBS, we lost the ability to have the system automatically trigger internal transfers between physical sites (now modeled as sub-inventories).
