Redwood- Not able to score a response if the Response is not provided for the Qualification question

Summary:

Hello Oracle Experts!

We have a qualification area created with set of questions and branch questions added under them, few questions are required and few are optional, so if it is an optional question, then Supplier skips to provide the response for that Question.

Note: All these questions are scoring enabled

In Classic, we would be able to enter the score, even if it is an Optional Question and supplier skipped the response, but in Redwood, it is showing as Blank in the scoring drawer.

Now the problem statement is, without providing the score for those optional questions, System is not allowing to Finalize the Qualification Outcome.
