Absence Notification Email

Hi,

When an employee submits an absence and manager approves it, there are 2 email notifications coming through the the employee. One email is just a confirmation with what employee did with FYI subject and the other one is a confirmation that the request was approved or rejected.

The first email is not send straight after the absence request was submitted but it send with the confirmation email. Both email have the same date/time stamp. Is it possible to disable the first email and have just one email confirmation. Not sure why the first email is coming through in the first place.
