  • Self-Paced Learning
  • Event Learning

The Self-Paced Learning notification has been configured and tested successfully. However, we are facing issues while building and testing the Event Notification Alert.

Has anyone successfully configured a Redwood Alert for Event assignments in Oracle Learning? We are unable to get Event notifications working and are receiving a 500 error. Is ORA_EVENT the correct learning item type, and are there any specific supported filters, configurations, or known limitations for Event-based alerts?
