Draft application notifications

Summary:

It looks like there are 2 notifications in the Recruiting Content Library relating to candidate draft applications:

Saved Draft Application Notification
- WTW_ORA_APPDRAFT_FIRST_V3 Seems to send 60 minutes after the candidate started their application.
Notification to Recruiter Checks Not Ready by Start Date
- WTW_ORA_APPDRAFT_REPEAT_V3 Please can someone advise when this notification is sent? I believe it relates to draft applicaitons, but the name of the notification doesn't seem to match the code?

I also assume there is no way to amend the timing of these notifications, other than with the scheduling of the process 'Send Draft Application Reminder Notifications and Automatically Confirm Applications'?
