Primary Location on Job Requisition entered by Hiring Manager is not visible to Recruiter

Summary:

Hiring Manager is initiates a Job Requisition, enters the Primary Location along with other fields, saves/submits the requisition, but the Recruiter sees a blank Primary Location when opening the requisition in Redwood 26B during review for submission. This is not expected behavior.

The value entered by the Hiring Manager should persist and be visible to the Recruiter upon review. There is no location security defined and Geo Validation is also completed.
