Candidate Search using multiple skills as a filter.

Summary:

Whenever we're searching for Candidates using multiple skills as a filter (My Client Groups → Hiring → Candidate Search), the search results keep expanding when you add skills to the search, instead of restricting them.

For example: If we want to look for internal candidates with Business Metadata and Project Management as skills, if i add both of these skills in the Search filter, the search result gives me a list of internal candidates who have either/ both of these skills.

As per the SR I raised, this is expected behavior. Has anyone found a way to achieve this wherein when we are only able to see candidates that have both of these skills and not either of them?
