Oracle Fusion Service Redwood: Unable to create a Metric Card for Unassigned Service Requests

We are trying to add a Redwood metric card on the Service Home page for Unassigned Service Requests in Oracle Fusion Service. The desired behavior is similar to the existing “View My Open Service Requests (0)” tile shown in the screenshot, but the new card should display the count and allow drill-down to the list of unassigned SRs.
