Can we retain Supplier, Site and Supplier Item Number if user changes Agreement Type in RSSP

Summary:

Hi All, please consider a scenario in RSSP - Enter Requisition Line page. On the page, user can select either of radio buttons.

Then user enters Supplier, Site, Contact, Part # etc. and also goes in to fill agreement type and agreement number.

WHEN user changes agreement from BPA to CPA, THEN supplier, site, and supplier item are cleared AND user has to re-enter those fields. 

 We want to know —

Is it possible to not have these fields (supplier, site, supplier item, supplier contact) cleared out when user changes from BPA to CPA in agreement field so that they don't have to re-enter these values.
