SLA Customization Not Working for Initial Obligation Event Entries in Oracle Revenue Management

I have a requirement to customize SLA for Oracle Revenue Management.

Our setup consists of:

  • A single Business Unit (BU)
  • A single Ledger
  • Multiple Legal Entities

We are implementing SLA customizations, and the custom accounting rules are working as expected for most RMCS accounting events. However, the customization is not being applied for the Initial Obligation Event entries.

Has anyone worked on SLA customization for the Initial Obligation Event in Oracle Revenue Management?

If so, could you please share your experience or any specific setup considerations? Any guidance on whether there are limitations or additional configurations required for this event would be greatly appreciated.
