Disabling Unexplained Difference for a Currency Bucket

I wanted to see if there was any current capabilities available for disabling Unexplained Differences for a particular currency bucket. There are some reconciliations where we require users to complete in Functional and some where we require to complete in Reporting, but never both. However, we would still like to display balances in both functional and reporting on the reconciliation itself.

Users are able to complete their recs as is today, but we get a lot of questions of why this banner still displays at the top of their reconciliation after they've completed what is required of them (example of reconciliation completed in Reporting USD but displays functional currency).
