Learning Assignment Profile Behaviour

Summary:

I've setup a learning assignment profile for new hires to complete a training in 60 days due date. Renewals are not enabled. Evaluation is of continuous type with 60 days due again.

I've setup another learning assignment profile for the same training for all staffs minus new hires with 90 days due date. Renewals are enabled for 2 years.

Now the behaviour I see is as below:

1. Staffs gets learning assigned through "New Hire Assignment Profile" which is correct.
2. When staffs completes the course (for a test purpose, I completed as an admin), the new learning assignment is created for the staff through the second assignment profile which is good but they get the assignment created for the same year (run date) rather I was expecting system to know existing assignment and create it for after 2 years.
