Simplify Redwood Requester-Initiated Change Order Navigation

Summary:

In the classic Requester-Initiated Change Order page, the line, schedule, and distribution attributes were displayed together on the same screen (or within the same line), allowing requesters to quickly review and populate all required fields when creating or updating a requisition line.

In the Redwood experience, these attributes are distributed across multiple sections and pages. As a result, requesters must continuously navigate between different sections to locate and enter the required information. This increases the time required to create new lines, makes the process less intuitive, and impacts overall user productivity, especially for new or occasional users.

A more streamlined layout that groups commonly used line, schedule, and distribution attributes on a single page—or minimizes navigation between sections—would significantly improve usability, reduce data entry time, and provide a more efficient user experience during requester-initiated change orders.
