Receiving Errors For 'Review and Submit Accounting Configuration' Job

When attempting to run the 'Review and Submit Accounting Configuration' process in a lower environment for post-refresh tasks we are receiving errors. We run this process every time an environment is refreshed and have never received errors before.

The logs state that we are missing security access/permissions and need the 'Ledger Inquiry Role'. We have added that role and we are still unable to run the process successfully.
