Best Practice FBDI Lease Amendment creating a Payment Account ID

Summary:

We are in the process of determining migration path for existing leases to use the Lease to AP integration. We need to update all leases to incorporate the Payables Liability (AP_Liability) account. We have determined that the FBDI Lease Amendment (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/26c/oefbf/expenseleasecontractamendmentsimport-3259.html) will allow this to be done (as there is no API).

We have been successful importing the AP_Liability but was wondering what Oracle does behind the scenes to generate the Payment_Account_ID. Specifically, we did not know what number to use for the new AP_Liability account to be added to existing Leases. We used a number that was not currently in the system, but noticed the actual number created by Oracle was different. Can anyone confirm that for FBDI amending leases to add new Payment accounts the Payment_Account_ID doesn't matter?
