Campaign Start Time Displays as 00:00 After Campaign Activation

There is an issue where the Campaign Start Time configured in an Eloqua campaign is not displayed correctly in the UI after the campaign is activated.

For example, even if a campaign is scheduled to be activated at 09:00 on July 23, 2026, and is activated at that time, the start time is displayed as 00:00 in the campaign UI after activation.

This makes it difficult to verify the originally configured campaign start time and may cause confusion when reviewing campaign settings and operational history.

We would appreciate it if this UI issue could be fixed so that the originally configured start time continues to be displayed correctly after the campaign is activated.
