Assigned Learning Users Not Appearing in Course After Successful Assignment Process

Hello Everyone,

We are encountering an issue in Oracle Learning and would appreciate any guidance.

The Argentina HR team is attempting to assign the 2026 Code of Conduct Induction course to learners. The assignment process completes successfully, and the process status shows as Succeeded. However, the course is not being assigned to the learners afterward.

Additional details:

  • The assignment process completes without errors.
  • The learners do not receive the course assignment.
  • The course does not appear in the learners' Learning page.
  • We are currently investigating whether this impacts all users or only specific learners.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the assignment process completes successfully but the learning item is not assigned to learners?
