Preview Disabled and Cover Art Stuck in Processing After Loading Self-Paced Learning Items
Summary:
We have a requirement to load 775 Self-Paced Learning Items with SCORM content into Oracle Cloud.
During our testing, we observed inconsistent behavior after loading Self-Paced Learning Items through the REST API:
- POC 1: We loaded a single Self-Paced Learning Item and immediately ran the required scheduled processes. The learning item became Active, but the Preview Content option remained disabled, and the cover art continued to show a Processing status.
- POC 2: We loaded a single Self-Paced Learning Item, waited approximately 10 minutes, and then ran the scheduled processes. In this case, the learning item became Active, the Preview Content option was enabled
