Can anyone iterate the meaning of SOURCE_TYPEs in PAY_COST_ALLOCATIONS_F?

Summary:

I'm trying to extract costing information from different levels of the costing hierarchy with SQL, we have records corresponding to the following SOURCE_TYPEs in PAY_COST_ALLOCATIONS_F:

EE
EL
ORG
ASG
BA
PAY
PREL

I can't find any documentation for this, nor can I find a related _TL table that defines them, I can make educated guesses that:
PREL is Payroll Relationship
PAY is Payroll Definition
ASG is Assignment
ORG is Department

But what is BA? Balance Adjustment?
Is EE Element Entry or Element Eligibility
Is EL Element or Element Link?
