Error CE-660487: Access Requires Oracle Managed Technology Components

We are configuringSpecify Cash Positioning and Forecasting Options in Oracle Fusion Cash Management. While attempting to save the Specify Cash Positioning and Forecasting Options setup, the following error is displayed:

"Access to Predictive Cash Forecasting requires technology components managed by Oracle. Log a service request with Oracle to enable these components. (CE-660487)"


Do we need to raise any SR to use the Cash positing and forecasting in oracel fusion or it is something to opt in !
